Why We Exist

Delivering transparency, competition, and accountability to healthcare.

The current healthcare data ecosystem is inefficient and exploitative. We envision a world where everyone has access to high quality, affordable, and timely healthcare.

We build innovative solutions designed to deliver transparency, competition, and accountability to the healthcare system.

We are on a mission to empower employers to gain the access and control of their data needed to contain costs and improve outcomes.

Our Company

Strength of our Network

The Lockbox is a growing ecosystem, comprised of many data partners. Do you work with a national carrier or an independent TPA? In either case, the odds are high they already send data to employers' Lockboxes. If they do not already, they will soon. Dozens of innovative point solutions send and receive data from employers' Lockboxes. It allows employers to quickly add new vendors without incurring the brain damage of a traditional implementation.
